What is TRX Suspension?
Suspension training was developed by a former Navy Seal in the 1990's and is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. Suspension training develops physical strength in both men and women while using functional movements and dynamic positions.
Hang-Tuff is Perth's first and only Fitness Studio which has dedicated it's training style to this awesome equipment, empowered by the original TRX brand and specialising in suspension training exercises that are geared towards improving your core strength & overall fitness.

Here at Hang-Tuff, our unique TRX SUSPENSION System focuses on core strength, fitness, balance, flexibility & movement using just one piece of equipment.
We cater for all fitness levels, and our programs range from complete beginners to the more advanced.
To this end, we have devised 4 different class types to accommodate all levels of fitness :
1. TROJAN = Strength & Isolation
Trojan will develop strength in your upper body, legs and core activation. This workout will help you increase & sustain muscle definition
2. PANTHA = Balance & Flexibility
Pantha will relax your mind, however will still challenge your core strength. This workout will improve your balance posture by delivering a TRX fusion with pilates & yoga.
3. BLAZE = Speed & Cardio
Blaze is designed to increase cardiovascular endurance. This workout will help you increase your explosive power, speed & energy levels.
4. QUAKE = Power all round workout Combination of strength, fitness & speed.
Think of it as "Trojan" & Blaze" mixed together with a few cheeky extras
