***I was talking to my sister recently and she asked if I still did TRX.

When I replied yes,  she said it was great but asked what was so good about it (as I am known to get bored really easily and stop doing things) 

So I put it down to this:

  • The classes change every week and there are 4 to choose from

  • It can be as easy or hard as you want it to be it’s up to you

  • The trainers are awesome and passionate about what they do and genuinely care about helping people achieve their goals and who challenge me to push my boundaries.

  • The people who I train with are beautiful like minded people, who don’t judge, but help and encourage others -there is no competition and no egos

  • and it’s fun

***Just over two years ago I was introduced to TRX. Since then, these straps have helped me by using my body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. Having two slips discs and almost been forced to strengthen my core, this kind of exercise has been making all the difference in my life. I can only thank my coach and the beautiful girls that are always there to encourage each other***
