Hang Tuff will provide you with outstanding progression towards your core strength and overall fitness. Suspension Training is a globally recognised training that has a pure and simple mission - introducing you to hundreds of exercises that build, burn, tone and strengthen your core and entire body. You will need nothing else but gravity as your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your head left and right, and progression is limitless. 

Suspension Training has a scientifically-proven total-body health benefit, increasing heart health on top of strength and flexibility, therefore Hang Tuff has been carefully designed to enhance all these diverse benefits and wrap them into three different types of classes. These three classes you can either combine or just pick your favourite and add it to your general fitness routine. To keep it simple: 

TROJAN = Strength And Isolation. 
Trojan will develop strength in your upper body, legs and core activation. This workout will help you increase and sustain muscle mass.

BLAZE = Speed And Cardio. 
Blaze is designed to increase cardiovascular endurance. This workout will help you increase your explosive power and speed.

 PANTHA = Balance And Flexibility.
Pantha will relax your mind however will still challenge your core strength. This workout will improve your balance posture by delivering a TRX take on yoga. 

Hang Tuff is an exclusive introduction of generic foundations of Suspension Training.  
This includes the education of proper technique and the fundamentals of core activation.
